Smith Rothchild has been an important part of the Chicagoland real estate community since 1981. As real estate investors ourselves, we understand the unique needs of our clients, and it is our passion to help them achieve their dreams of wealth and financial independence. We know the importance of getting funding quickly, and offer our clients short-term loans to purchase and rehab residential and mixed-use properties. At Smith Rothchild, we are not simply loan officers; we see our clients as true partners and offer them the funding, advice and resources they need to succeed.
In addition to helping our clients, it is important to us to make a difference in the greater communities we serve. We currently fund the renovation of homes in nine counties in Illinois and have lent over $230 million dollars since 2002. Not only have we helped create millions of dollars in wealth for our clients, they have successfully completed thousands of projects which have improved communities and increased the availability of quality housing across Chicagoland.
