Smith Rothchild Financial Company seeks Controller , Chicago Location. Master's degree in Finance plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as a Financial Analyst required. Previous experience must include researching financial trends in rehab lending market; Managing loan portfolios valued over $45 million; negotiating lender loan agreements/lines of credit greater than $50 million; processing loan sales to third parties.
