Joud Abdel Majeid

Director, Lending Operations

Since 2004, Joud had demonstrated her knack for sales in positions such as Transaction Coordinator, Senior Transaction Coordinator and Strategy Consultant after which she took on her most recent challenge as Director of Lending Operations.  Her responsibilities include underwriting new loans to ensure adherence to lending guidelines, overseeing the end financing process for Smith Rothchild clients and conducting market analysis to format lending guidelines in congruence with industry changes.  Ms. Abdel Majeid was born and raised in Jordan where she resided until the age of 18 when she moved to the United States to pursue her Bachelor's of Science degrees in Finance and Economics, graduating with honors from Elmhurst College.  Outside of her professional life, Joud enjoys traveling to her home country where the rest of her family resides, reading, running and practicing yoga.
