Kevin joined Smith Rothchild in 1994, and rose through the ranks, from collections representative to loan officer to his current role as President.  In 2002 he played a major role in leading the company's transformation from a consumer finance business into its current structure as real estate lender.  His experience ranges from his involvement in syndicated private real estate investments to negotiations in over $100 million in structured finance agreements with publicly traded financial institutions.  As a former real estate investor himself, he takes pride in knowing that Smith Rothchild has first hand industry experience and as a result delivers exactly what rehabbers need:
