| Randy Brown and Tony Matthews have been rehabbing property together for over two and a half years. This project, a 2-unit with a garden apartment, was particularly successful. After purchasing the property, they gutted the interior, added a new kitchen, bathrooms, plumbing, electrical and more—a top-to-bottom job. After the rehabbing was complete, they sold the property for more than double the purchase price.
